LPG Heating

If your home runs on LPG you'll know the drill: you ring a local gas firm, mention LPG, and suddenly they're booked up till spring. It's not that they don't fancy the job — most Gas Safe engineers simply aren't qualified for LPG, which needs its own ACS ticket on top of the usual mains gas ones. Ours hold it, for houses, flats and residential park homes, alongside the mains gas and oil heating work we've been doing across the South East for over 30 years.

It’s not just a countryside fuel either. London has more LPG-heated homes than any county around it — mostly bottled gas in flats — with Kent and Essex close behind, and we cover all three. Bulk tanks out in the villages and park homes, bottles in town: servicing, breakdowns, repairs and new boilers, all from one firm.

LPG heating services offered

An LPG boiler is usually the same make and model you’d see on mains gas, just set up for a different gas at different pressures, with the fuel stored at your property rather than piped in. That storage side is what the extra qualification covers, so the regulator, hoses and pipework get looked at properly on every visit, not just the boiler. To be clear, we don’t sell the gas itself — bottles, refills and tank deliveries are your LPG supplier’s side of things; we look after the heating system that runs on it.

• Annual LPG boiler servicing, with the regulator, hoses and pipework checked as well as the boiler
• Breakdowns and repairs — fault finding on LPG boilers, heating controls and hot water systems
• New LPG boiler installations — like-for-like replacements, and LPG versions or conversions of leading mains gas models
• Bulk tank systems — we look after everything downstream of the tank; the tank itself is your gas supplier’s, and we’ll liaise with them when needed
• Bottled gas systems — changeover valves, regulators and pigtails replaced and set up properly
• Residential park homes — our LPG qualification specifically covers park home work
• Landlord gas safety records (CP12) for LPG-heated rental properties
• Tightness testing and gas safety checks after work on your system or a suspected leak
