With a boiler service plan, your boiler gets a full annual service by a Gas Safe registered engineer every year without you having to remember to book it. We put you in the diary, remind you when it’s due and come out to do it.
Plumbusters Ltd is a family-run firm servicing boilers across Kent, London, Essex, East Sussex, Surrey and Berkshire. Our plans are for homeowners and landlords and cover the annual service. Repairs and parts are quoted separately, and there’s no excess or claims process.
What’s in a Plumbusters boiler service plan
Every plan includes:
- A full annual boiler service by a Gas Safe registered engineer, booked in every year
- A reminder when the service is due
- Safety checks for gas leaks and carbon monoxide at every service
- A written service record after every visit
- Landlord plans with the annual Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) done at the same visit
- Discounts for landlords with more than one property
- Combi, conventional and system boilers, including older models
- One number to ring if anything goes wrong in between

I have used Plumbusters for years for servicing my boiler and some great small jobs. This time it was a new boiler moved up two flights of stairs. All work was neat and tidy, with some fantastic pipe work, like a work of art. Considering the effort to take up carpet and floorboards, there are no corners cut and the best job done, not the quickest job just to move on to the next customer. Even the outside plastering of the old outlet pipe was made to look like bricks! At the end there was a full walk through to make sure everything was working and 2 follow up checks. Great job.
