A boiler service contract does one simple thing: it makes sure your boiler gets a proper annual service, every year, by a Gas Safe registered engineer — without you having to remember to book it. We put you in the diary, remind you when it’s due and turn up.
Plumbusters Ltd is a family-run firm based in Maidstone, servicing boilers across Kent and the South East. Our contracts are for homeowners and landlords, and they are deliberately simple: a service contract, not an insurance policy. No excess, no claims, nothing buried in the small print — and if anything does go wrong between services, you already have an engineer who knows your boiler.
What’s in a Plumbusters boiler service contract
Simple on purpose. Every contract gives you:
- A full annual boiler service by a Gas Safe registered engineer, booked in every year
- A reminder when it’s due, so the service is never missed and your manufacturer’s warranty stays valid
- Safety checks for gas leaks and carbon monoxide at every service
- A written service record for your files — handy for warranties, landlords and when you sell
- Landlord contracts with the annual Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) done at the same visit
- Discounts for landlords with more than one property
- Combi, conventional and unvented systems — newer boilers and older ones alike
- One number to ring if anything goes wrong in between, answered by people who know your boiler

All work was neat and tidy, with some fantastic pipe work, like a work of art. Considering the effort to take up carpet and floorboards, there are no corners cut and the best job done, not the quickest job just to move on to the next customer. Even the outside plastering of the old outlet pipe was made to look like bricks! At the end there was a full walk through to make sure everything was working and 2 follow up checks. Great job.
