Plumbusters is a family firm with Gas Safe registered engineers, and gas central heating in people’s homes is most of what we do. We service and repair boilers, fit new ones, carry out landlord gas safety checks and look after the hot water cylinders that go with them, across Kent, London, Essex, East Sussex, Surrey and Berkshire.
We’ve been doing it for over 30 years, so we work on everything from a boiler fitted last year to older models other firms would rather not touch. One firm does the servicing, the repairs and the new boilers, so you’re not passed from one company to another.

From the annual service to a new boiler.
Servicing & repairs
An annual service with the casing off, a flue gas analysis and a written record. Breakdowns, lockouts, pressure loss and error codes on all the major makes, priced before any repair.
Service contracts
Your boiler serviced every year without having to remember to book it. We remind you, put you in the diary and keep the record. Landlord plans include the gas safety check.
New boilers
Combi, conventional and system boiler replacements from Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Viessmann, Baxi and others. We look at your system first, then give you a fixed written quote.
Landlord gas safety
The annual check on every gas appliance you provide, with the record emailed the same day. If you have several properties, we keep track of the renewal dates for you.
Unvented hot water
Installation, annual checks and repairs on Megaflo and other unvented cylinders, by G3-qualified engineers.
Commercial gas
Boiler plant, planned and reactive maintenance and gas safety inspections for businesses, schools and larger buildings.
Worth knowing
Does your boiler need replacing?
Not always. Many boiler faults can be repaired. A failed diverter valve, pump or ignition fault is a repair, not a reason for a new boiler. We find the fault first and give you a price before any repair is done.
Replacing it starts to make sense when the heat exchanger has failed, the parts are no longer made, or an older boiler keeps breaking down. If that’s where yours is, we’ll explain why in writing and give you a fixed written quote, and you can take your time deciding.
Why the annual service matters
A boiler that’s serviced every year tends to need fewer repairs, and the service often picks up a problem before it turns into a breakdown. Most manufacturers also make an annual service by a Gas Safe registered engineer a condition of their warranty, so missing a year can mean a refused claim.

I have used Plumbusters for years for servicing my boiler and some great small jobs. This time it was a new boiler moved up two flights of stairs. All work was neat and tidy, with some fantastic pipe work, like a work of art. Considering the effort to take up carpet and floorboards, there are no corners cut and the best job done, not the quickest job just to move on to the next customer. Even the outside plastering of the old outlet pipe was made to look like bricks! At the end there was a full walk through to make sure everything was working and 2 follow up checks. Great job.
