Boiler servicing and landlord certificates in London
A lot of our London domestic work is for landlords: the annual gas safety check, the boiler service in the same visit, and the certificate emailed over afterwards. If you let several flats, they can all go on one service contract, and there are discounts for more than one property.
For homeowners, a service is about an hour with the casing off, a flue gas analysis and a written record of the readings. We price it over the phone.

The flue is often the hard part of a boiler swap in a London flat. I have used Plumbusters for years for servicing my boiler and some great small jobs. This time it was a new boiler moved up two flights of stairs. All work was neat and tidy, with some fantastic pipe work, like a work of art. Considering the effort to take up carpet and floorboards, there are no corners cut and the best job done, not the quickest job just to move on to the next customer.
