    Plumbusters Ltd is a family-run business, which means we understand the true value of a well-maintained home. To provide our customers with added peace of mind, we offer an annual maintenance contract.

     

    Our maintenance contracts are available to both homeowners and landlords, with additional discounts available for multiple properties. For landlords, we also include a Gas Safety Certificate as part of the package.

    Are parts included?

    While parts and labour are not included, your contract does include full fault finding and diagnostics, giving you peace of mind that any issues will be professionally identified by our experienced engineers.

    We proudly cover a wide range of counties, including Kent, Sussex, Essex, Berkshire, and the surrounding areas, allowing us to support customers across the region.     Pricing do vary depending on the type of system you have installed. Please contact our friendly office, and we will be happy to provide an accurate quote based on your specific system and requirements.

    Are emergency call outs included?

    Yes, emergency call-outs are included. Please call us on 01622 474 008, and you will be directed to our out-of-hours service. However, if you smell gas or your carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, you must shut off your gas supply immediately and call SGN on 0800 111 999.
